To ensure we deliver the personalized service and attention to detail our clients expect, all planning begins with a scheduled phone consultation. This call allows us to fully understand your vision, priorities, and preferences before any proposal is created.

Here is what to expect:

• For vacations: You will schedule a 30-minute consultation call so we can get to know your travel goals and lifestyle preferences.
• For destination weddings and vow renewals: We offer a 45-minute planning call, preferably with both partners, so we can capture your shared vision for the celebration.
• After the call, we will send a follow-up email summarizing what we discussed and outlining the next steps if you choose to move forward with us.
• If you decide to hire us to plan and book your travel experience, a non-refundable planning fee will be required before we begin creating a personalized proposal or itinerary.

• Be deposit ready when hiring us. Travel pricing and availability are dynamic and may change quickly. We want to ensure you are able to secure everything outlined in your proposal within 5 business days.
• We no longer offer blueprint forms—we believe in starting with a real conversation to offer the highest level of service.

To proceed with full planning and secure arrangements, a non-refundable Commitment Service Fee is required. This fee reflects the professional time, care, and resources invested from the moment we begin crafting your tailored experience.

Vacation Design Retainer:

$150–$350

Covers the design of seamless itineraries for honeymoons, family vacations, solo escapes, and luxury travel experiences.

Includes:

• Tailored planning for accommodations, flights, and ground transfers
• Activity and dining recommendations
• Coordination of special experiences and travel protection options

Destination Wedding & Group Travel Management Fee:

Pricing is based on guest count and group complexity:

Up to 10 Guests The Inner Circle $500Ideal for intimate weddings. Travel coordination for couple and guests.

11–25 Guests The Golden Circle$750Group contracts, logistics, and guest management.

26–50 Guests The Grand Affair $1,000Full-service planning with ongoing guest support and amenities.

50+ Guests The Majestic Gathering Custom (Starts at $1,000) Tailored approach based on complexity of logistics and destination dynamics. 

Why This Fee Matters:

This ensures our full professional engagement, including:

• Negotiation of group contracts and exclusive perks
• Clear guest communications and document tracking
• Coordination with resort wedding teams
• Pre-travel and day-of support

This fee is non-refundable and required prior to planning.

Tailored Planning Begins

Once your service fee is received, we begin curating your full experience.

Within 2 Business Days:

• You will receive confirmation that we have begun the planning process
• A summary of the next steps will be shared based on your trip or event type

Within 3 Business Days:

• You will receive a thoughtfully crafted proposal with handpicked recommendations, estimated pricing, and curated experiences that reflect your vision and values

Review & Refine

We will review your proposal together during a follow-up consultation. This ensures every detail—from dates to destinations—is perfectly aligned with your needs. Adjustments and upgrades can be made before final approval.

Booking & Confirmation

Once your selections are finalized, we proceed with securing your travel arrangements, including:

• Flights, accommodations, and transportation
• Special amenities, tours, and travel protection
• Group contracts and wedding/event logistics (if applicable)

All bookings will be confirmed and documented for your peace of mind.

Pre-Travel Support

In the weeks leading up to your departure, you will receive:

• Final documents and confirmations
• Custom checklists and preparation tips
• Ongoing support to answer any last-minute questions

Important Booking Policies to Protect Your Experience

At Abundant Moments and Memories, every journey we design reflects the care, detail, and dedication our clients deserve. To ensure we maintain the highest standard of service and safeguard both your experience and our operations, the following policies apply to new clients and time-sensitive travel:

1. Expedited Travel Planning (Travel Within 60 Days)

For new clients whose first booking request is for travel departing within 60 days, a non-refundable Expedited Travel Fee of $75 is required before any research or price quoting begins. This fee ensures dedicated time is allocated for curated planning on a shortened timeline.

Once the initial quote is delivered, our standard Service Planning Fee must be paid before bookings can be confirmed.

• All quotes are valid for 48 hours from the time of delivery.
• Pricing is subject to change and is not guaranteed until full payment is made.
• No components of your vacation are held until full payment is received.

Please note: The Expedited Travel Fee is non-refundable. No research or price quoting will be completed until both the fee and required documentation have been submitted.

2. Fraud Protection Requirements

To protect our clients and company, and as a requirement of our fraud prevention department, the following documentation is mandatory prior to any services being rendered:

• A clear copy of the front and back of the card being used for payment
• A clear government-issued photo ID of the cardholder
• The cardholder must be a named traveler on the booking and the individual initiating contact with us

Without this documentation, no planning or quoting will occur—even if the Expedited Travel Fee has been paid.

3. Final Booking Window (Travel Within 30 Days)

We are unable to accept new client booking requests for travel within 30 days of your desired departure. This ensures we uphold our standard of excellence in planning and service delivery. We would be delighted to assist you with future dates that allow proper time for a seamless experience.
