Important Booking Policies to Protect Your Experience
At Abundant Moments and Memories, every journey we design reflects the care, detail, and dedication our clients deserve. To ensure we maintain the highest standard of service and safeguard both your experience and our operations, the following policies apply to new clients and time-sensitive travel:
1. Expedited Travel Planning (Travel Within 60 Days)
For new clients whose first booking request is for travel departing within 60 days, a non-refundable Expedited Travel Fee of $75 is required before any research or price quoting begins. This fee ensures dedicated time is allocated for curated planning on a shortened timeline.
Once the initial quote is delivered, our standard Service Planning Fee must be paid before bookings can be confirmed.
Please note: The Expedited Travel Fee is non-refundable. No research or price quoting will be completed until both the fee and required documentation have been submitted.
2. Fraud Protection Requirements
To protect our clients and company, and as a requirement of our fraud prevention department, the following documentation is mandatory prior to any services being rendered:

3. Final Booking Window (Travel Within 30 Days)
We are unable to accept new client booking requests for travel within 30 days of your desired departure. This ensures we uphold our standard of excellence in planning and service delivery. We would be delighted to assist you with future dates that allow proper time for a seamless experience.
