After our initial FREE consultation, a commitment service fee is required BEFORE we begin planning your vacation or wedding.

Service Fee Overview:

Vacation Design Retainer: Starts at $150–$350 an initial investment that allows us to begin crafting your personalized travel experience. 

This fee covers the time, expertise, and professional resources required to design a seamless 

itinerary tailored to your unique preferences, style, and vision.

It ensures every detail—from accommodations and activities to transportation and exclusive experiences—

is thoughtfully considered and expertly arranged, setting the stage for an unforgettable journey.

Please Note: This fee is non-refundable, as it reflects the dedicated planning and 

research invested from the very start of our collaboration.

Destination Wedding and Group Travel Management Fee:         

Guest Count Service Fee Details

 The Inner Circle Up to 10 Guests $500 Ideal for intimate weddings. 

Includes full coordination of travel arrangements for the wedding couple and their guests.

 Golden Circle 11–25 Guests $750 

Suitable for medium-sized groups. Covers travel logistics, group contracts, and guest management.

 The Grand Affair 26–50 Guests $1,000 

Comprehensive planning for larger groups. Includes travel coordination, group amenities, and ongoing guest support.

 The Majestic Gathering 50+ Guests Custom Pricing (Starting at $1,000+) 

Weddings with more than 50 guests require a customized planning approach based on 

the complexity of travel logistics and group dynamics.

Why is There a Commitment Service Fee?
The service fee covers:

• Personalized Travel Planning: Tailored arrangements for flights, accommodations, and ground transfers.
• Group Contracts: Negotiation of group rates, perks, and benefits with resorts and vendors.
• Guest Communication: Clear communication with guests for travel details, deadlines, and documents.
• Dedicated Support: Pre-travel assistance and on-call support during the event.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaboration with onsite wedding coordinators for travel-related logistics.

Please Note: This fee is non-refundable, as it reflects the dedicated planning and 

research invested from the very start of our collaboration.

Once your service fee is paid, we will start crafting a personalized proposal based on your unique preferences—

whether it is a luxury honeymoon, a family cruise, or a destination wedding.

Initial Review (Within 2 Business Days)

• Once your payment is received, we will carefully review your Blueprint Form and begin our initial research based on your preferences, goals, and expectations.
• You will receive an email update from us within two business days, confirming that we have started planning and outlining the initial steps we have taken.

Personalized Proposal (Within 7 Business Days)

• You will receive a thoughtfully tailored proposal reflecting your vision, including handpicked recommendations for destinations, accommodations, activities, and estimated pricing.

Once your proposal is ready, we will send it to you for review.  Once you have reviewed your proposal, we will schedule a follow-up consultation to refine details, answer any questions, and ensure every aspect aligns with your vision. 

 After finalizing your plans, we will guide you through the booking and reservation process, ensuring every detail is 

secured for a seamless experience. This process ensures that your travel or wedding experience is not only exceptional but 

also thoughtfully crafted with care, precision, and your unique story at the heart of every detail.

As your travel date approaches, you will receive:

• Final documents and confirmations
• Ongoing support to address any last-minute questions
