Our Planning Fee
To begin the research and proposal phase, we charge a non-refundable planning fee based on the complexity of your trip and destination.
Most vacations begin at $99 per person, with adjusted rates for international, multi-city, or group travel.
This fee includes:
- Initial consultation and vision alignment
- Destination-specific research and itinerary development
- One itinerary revision for the same destination
- Booking and reservation support upon approval
⚠️ Please note: If you decide to change destinations after the proposal is prepared, a new planning fee will apply, as that requires an entirely new set of research and planning.

Please Note:
- Planning fees are non-refundable and required before proposal development begins.
- Pricing is dynamic and subject to change until your deposit is secured.
- Clients must be deposit-ready or payment-ready within 5 business days of receiving their proposal.
- Only one itinerary revision is included per destination. New destinations require a new planning fee.
