For Vacations:

You will schedule a 30-minute consultation call so we can get to know your travel goals and lifestyle preferences.

For Destination Weddings and Vow Renewals:

We offer a 45-minute planning call, preferably with both partners, so we can capture your shared vision for the celebration.

If you’ve already arranged your trip independently and would like professional guidance, we offer two specialized services:

• Intention Call ($95):
  A 45-minute session to review your existing travel plans, answer questions, and provide personalized tips and suggestions. Perfect for travelers seeking expert validation and peace of mind without full-service planning.
   
• White Glove Travel Wrap-Up ($195):
  A premium 45-minute call for travelers who want us to thoroughly review their booked trip, double-check key details, and finalize everything with concierge-level care. This includes access to our AMM Travel App, flight tracking, and a personalized follow-up summary.
   

After each session, we’ll send a recap email with insights, reminders, and actionable suggestions. These services do not include vendor communication or booking changes—we’re here to advise, not manage.

If you decide to hire us to plan and book your travel experience, a non-refundable planning fee is required before we begin creating a personalized proposal or itinerary.

This fee reflects the professional time, care, and resources invested from the moment we begin crafting your tailored experience.

Includes:

Up to 10 Guests – The Inner Circle – $500
11–25 Guests – The Golden Circle – $750
26–50 Guests – The Grand Affair – $1,000
50+ Guests – The Majestic Gathering – Custom (starting at $1,000)

This ensures our full professional engagement, including group contract negotiation, guest communication, and event coordination.

Once your service fee is received:

• Within 2 Business Days:
  You’ll receive confirmation that planning has begun and a summary of next steps.
   
• Within 3 Business Days:
  You’ll receive a curated proposal with handpicked recommendations, estimated pricing, and thoughtful details that reflect your vision and values.
   

We’ll review your proposal together during a follow-up consultation. Adjustments can be made to ensure every detail is aligned before final approval.

Once your selections are finalized, we’ll secure:

• Flights, accommodations, and transportation
   
• Special amenities, tours, and travel protection
   
• Group contracts and event logistics (if applicable)
   

All bookings will be confirmed and documented for your peace of mind.
